Marilyn's 2 hour class: Being grounded and present in your body-how to do it, & more importantly, How to ground others from taking your energy. The power of Equanimity and discussing the 8 winds. Exercises from Jin Shin Jyutsu, Brain Gym to calm. Finally, how to create a ring of healing for yourself.

Janet’s 2 hr class, “Healing Waters: Sacred Feminine Wisdom to support healing, transformation, and your ascension in a time of collective crisis,” couldn’t be more relevant at any time in history than it is today. It’s the feminine wisdom that holds the keys of knowledge that elevates us and buffers the negative impact on our quality of life in a time of stress and adversity. This information could make the difference between whether we struggle or thrive when there is a big shake up like the one we are in right now. How the right brain plays a role in this.
Marilyn's class ( 2+ hrs), Marilyn is a master herbalist and she will cover information to support our organic ascension and will be on how color and frequency in foods, herbs and flowers can be used to support stress reduction and optimal health. Because the world is in turmoil, we need tools in place to counter all of the negativity and stress. The feminine wisdom holds the keys of knowledge for how to restore harmony and balance. Join us to see how our ancient ancestors encoded a pattern for wholeness or perfection in a teaching story found in our scriptures and for more life enhancing energy exercises to support your health and well- being in a time of collective crisis. A summary of ALL energy techniques and new ones to utilize. Cord cutting is introduced to severe negative connections with others.
Marilyn’s class (2 hours): Higher frequency of light and vision-- a higher level of the tools given in the last class where we discussed the physical and emotional levels of color and frequency. Learn about spiritual discernment and how to recognize and gauge light in a person’s eyes or countenance through a power point presentation. Learn the wisdom of the Chakras and the connection to our endocrine system and spiritual communication system and it's link to the "Armor of God" in the scriptures. Learn to feel the frequency of colors and the Chi or energy strength of the body. Discover how to distinguish the 3 voices in your head and where they originate from, as well as their purpose in your life. Additionally, discover what generational healing is and how to clear your own negative family patterns with a simple exercise!
