Response time for phone calls or texts is often 24 hours or longer, so the BEST way to reach me quickly is by EMAIL. I try to reply within 1-2 days. During January and February each year, you can reach me via WHATsAPP or SIGNAL APP. Please leave a message as I am often traveling those months. Be aware--It may take longer to receive shipments during these 2 months. When Ordering products I only send them Priority mail (--except for tinctures which only go Ground shipping). Because I am a very small company, all orders must be paid for in advance of shipping. Contact me PERSONALLY and I will notify you of your order total. Once paid for, your order will be shipped and you will be notified of your tracking number and delivery date. For Star charts- I do not have you pay until we book an appointment date. |
